Consultations
If you are booking a colour appointment with us for the first time, a patch test and consultation at our salon is required a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures that we select the best products and techniques for your curls and hair type.
Colour Consultation, Patch & Strand Test Appointments
These appointments are required for new colour clients and are a maximum of 10 minutes. There is no fee payable for this service.

If colour work is not combined with a cut, a wash and diffuse service must be booked.
Cancellation Policy
At Unruly Curls, we are an independent business, and late cancellations or rescheduling have a significant impact on us. To ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you only book an appointment for a time you are certain you can attend.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice to avoid losing any deposit paid. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to decline any future bookings.
